why does my sent article have exception system restriction recorded with the global tracking system?

my bought item went through all the carriers and sorting centres in the US....and now global tracking system is displaying "Undeliverable..system exception" What does this mean?

Sorry I have no idea what it means, but if your seller is using the Global Shipping Program I can only suggest asking them if they can shed any light on it.

The GSP is only used in the USA and nobody has much idea of what it can do or not do...we are all finding out as we go.
