Why after receiving my item a month ago have i received a bill for customs in shipping the item? It was faulty goods at that, i have the case open in the resolution center but this bill has arrived. Surely we should be informed of international charges when buying? I paid £15.00 postage and packaging so why am i being charged for this. Please help
