Any item with a fuel reserviour is likely to considered by PB as unsafe for postage.

Global Shipping obviously deems your oil lanp to be a restricted import and will not ship it to Australia.

It will not be returned to the seller....it will either be destroyed or sold by Pitney Bowes in their online store.
