2 customers have purchased and paid through PayPal. On their end it states paid and unclaimed.. My PayPal shows nothing??

Hi, I have 2 customers who have purchased and paid through paypal.. On their end it states they have paid in full and funds are unclaimed... On my eBay Sold Items, I see 2 hour glasses that state Payment was initiated on 7-Feb-13 and is being processed through PayPal.. The 2nd exactly the same only 8-Feb-13..

These customers are becoming irate and thinking off cancelling their purchase.. My PayPal account shows nothing outstanding or pending??? Can anyone help please????
