Someone has listed an item on my account and receved payment for it without my knolage.
I logged into my ebay to find someone had bought a vaccume from me, without me even creating the listing in the first place.
My pay pal was not linkled on the receveing end and now i cant refund them because i never got the money to be abel to do that.
I cant view the trasaction on my paypal, because its been receved by another account and i dont have the item i never listed.
Can you step in and refund the buyer from the transaction recevers account? theres nothing else i can do for them.
eBay doesn't read here, only volunteer members.
Select help at the top and go to chat with eBay.
Inform them your account was hacked and get them to cancel the sale.
Then clear cookies and temp internet files, clear browser history, restart computer and change your passwords.
To add, please make sure you emphasize that you did NOT list the item and did not give anyone else who has access to your account permssion to do so. Just in case you happen to get one of the 'not so on the ball' reps
The item is still under your completed listings as sold on June 9th, so also keep an eye on your account in case anything else gets listed
