I bought the item, but can not pay it because of seller troubles with PayPal.

Seller ask me to pay to other PayPal account, i refused. I do not want to pay to other acount!!!!

I ask him to cancell transaction about 5 times - no answer!!!!

How can i cancel transaction with the seller?! It is makes me nervous.

You cant cancel the transaction, so just keep advising the seller that you will be happy to pay as soon as their Paypal a/c is fixed up.

As long as you pay using the eBay item number as a reference through Paypal you are covered, but it's always best to pay using eBay checkout so the seller needs to make sure their Paypal a/c is linked up properly.

If the seller needs help fixing their Paypal a/c tell them to come here for help, or to call Paypal.

You can not cancel the sale unless the seller sends a mutual agreement to cancel

You have done the right thing in not paying into another account.

You can report them to ebay and if what they have stated it in writing via ebay messages call ebay and they can read them and they might cancel the transaction under the circumstances
