help please won a 16ft trampoline with buy it now, with free shipping from Q,lands clicked the pay now option via paypal the funds left my account on the 11th april but ebay lists it as payment pending there has been no emails sent from the seller and i have tried everyday so far with a new email asking for details about if he has the funds etc no replys to my emails the seller has no feedback either but has sold 10 trampolines also on my paypal details was his email i have tried sending to this address to and it bounced back not listed do i wait or file a dispute now Thanks for reading
