Asking buyers to change Paypal settings to Instant Bank Transfer

Am I allowed to ask my buyers to change their Paypal account settings to pay by Instant Bank Transfer to avoid paypal fees? 

Full answer required as the Ebay policy and help pages are not 100% clear.
