Item is pick up only. In description I list please pay cash on pick up. In payment details it says I accept PayPal and cash on pick up. Customer paid with PayPal after I give my moblie to discuss pick up. I wanted to avoid PayPal fees. Is she in the wrong? Can I ask her to pay the fees because she didn't do what was asked with the sale.
