Buyer received item, but put in not received case, please help!

Buyer received item and left positive feedback stating they had received item.

Tracking details show item has been delivered.

They opened a not received case and eBay/Paypal refunded their money.

Buyer now won't repay me the money and says he can't pay the invoice I sent him on PayPal and wants my bank account details.

This person I believe to be fraudulent. eBay won't help me.

What do I do?

Did you reply to the dispute with the tracking details showing that the item was delivered as well as pointing out the positive feedback left by the buyer?

 

If you did so then no way should the money have been refunded.

 

Get onto Live Chat and appeal....make sure you have all the details handy when you do so.
