A buyer has requested a refund, I've processed the refund via paypal which says the claim has been processed and is complete. Ebay still says the case is open, when trying to refund I can an error which links me to paypal. Do I just need to wait?
The refund may be pending.
Then when the refund is cleared the buyer can close the case but if they don't the case will automatically close after a period of time.
The case in the resolution centre should show it is waiting on buyers action. (that they received the refund)
