I want to buy an item which was listed where no bids were made & auction has finished. I have contacted the seller & we've agreed on a price. He wants me to pay directly into his bank account, but I would prefer to use PayPal so as I have some buyer protection if the seller defaults on delivery.
How best can we make a successful & safe transaction?
