Could you please tell me what happens regarding fees I have been charged on a truck I sold for $2000.00 which the buyer requested to cancel due to ill health. I agreed to this cancellation however have been charged a Final Value Fee of $60.00. The buyer has said she will reimburse me for these fees but also said I would be entitled to money back on these fees, therefore I don't want to charge her the fees as it seems she already has enough to deal with if I do infact get the money refunded to me from Ebay. Please advise what the situation is so I can let the buyer know that hopefully she will not have to reimburse me. Regards Lyn
