My 80 year old mother who lives in Athens Greece and doesn't have a paypal or ebay account, has a bank account in a Greek Bank. Can I send money directly to her account via Paypal?
She doesn't speak English, so the process has to be as simple as possible. I load money to her bank account from here, (Sydney Australia) and she picks it up from there.
