Can anybody tell me if there is anyway you can refuse payment by e-cheque? I have heard there is somewhere on ebay that you can say no to it

I'd never had an e-cheque payment until this week and it bounced on me. The buyer then left me negative feedback to boot. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to refuse payment by e-cheque in your ebay or paypal settings? Thanks in advance for any help.
