Can someone please give me a phone number for Paypal

Paypal has made many mistakes that have cost me.   Some months ago they insist that I made my preference my bank account I could not convince them I had not.  My preference (highlighted) was Paypal.  For this debacle I ended up paying about $35 in dishonour fees.

So now before I Confirm and Pay I check that Paypal is highlighted but it didn't work.  Last week I bought for $160, the balance in my Paypal account was $180, but lo and behold they chose to use my bank account which I keep very low and accordingly I have copped yet another dishonour fee.

I have received emails from them about my account being negtive on one hand ...........but they have fixed that part and my balance is now about $21 which it should be.

I don't think it's fair thaT i HAVE TO PAY THESE DISHONOUR FEES for their mess upssssssss.
