Seller informed me item was out of stock and offered alternative but this was not suitable so I requested refund, seller has made constant excuses but have not received refund and cannot find out how to contact ebay.
With constant excuses it sounds like they are stalling you until you can't open a case with eBay or leave feedback.
Give them a neg feedback, that might open their eyes - just be careful what you say in it or they might be able to get it removed.
