Cannot identify payment to eBay

I cannot identify a small item on my bank statement. It was paid by PayPal to eBay, it shows an order number which has two - in it. Advanced search cannot find it.

Have you looked at your purchases for a similar amount?

Have you signed up for eBay Plus?

Smartycash?

Any other promotion that charges fees after an initial trial period?
