Case closed without my refund

I want to contact ebay - my case is closed because supposedly I received a refund in my paypal account.  This money nor the product ever arrived and I cannot get into the item because it has been closed by ebay.  I need to phone someone but ebay doesn't give you that information.  I need a phone number to talk through my case.

If you paid via a credit or debit card through PayPal then the funds will go back to that card.

Check that first and it can take 2-5 days depending on your bank.

If you still need to contact eBay select help at the top and chat. (call centres are closed due to the virus)
