Hi tonight I received an email said to be from paypal It was Headed paypal hi my name youve got funds in your paypal account check it out now It wasn't service at paypal with a shield. I clicked to open but thought better of it and thanks to slow internet I cancelled before it opened. I went to paypal my normal way and no extra funds were there is this a scam or am I being over cautious
