Counterfiet iphone 5s

I was sold a counterfiet iphone 5s on ebay from <Removed> I would like to know how I can get a refund on the counterfiet product as I purchased it through PayPal. Please advise me as to how I get a refund. Please find belwo, report from Apple Shop.

Problem Description/Diagnosis


Issue: Customer presented device that was sold as "new" online,
However the device has been refurbished as the original purchase date is August third 2013.
The device has several faults including the bottom microphone not working. The serial number that the device has been sold under does not match the size and colour of the unit presented.
Therefore the device is almost completely counterfeit.
Steps to Reproduce: observed the issue
Cosmetic Condition: The device has suffered some damage and has cracks on the front glass
Proposed Resolution:
Have advised customer to open dispute in regards to the age of the device.
Resolution: Service Denied
Reason: Unauthorized Modification
