As they suspended my account and won't fix  it  ,so  l have to  leave Ebay altogether, l had been a member  since  2003

Having/supplying the required information/documents

Personal information on them not matching exactly what eBay already had on file for you?

Length of membership has nothing to do with it, same rules for all sellers

The requirements for Managed Payments were announced some time ago, you should have had emails and messages from eBay advising you of this, and the deadline you needed to do it by

You can still buy, but you cannot sell unless you update to Managed payments.

It's their new system and requires ID, similar to opening a bank account.

I am not a seller, but I know that now sellers have to verify their identity and bank accounts for Managed Payments.

What problem did you have verifying your identity and have you tried contacting them via live chat if you had a problem?
