Ebay doesn't recognize my Paypal payment method. It shows the email address associated with my Paypal account, but no radio button next to it.
I logged into Paypal to find a notification to update my card. It didn't list my Mastercard initially, but did list an expired Visa card. After deleting the expired Visa card the Mastercard appeared in the list. After updating the MC (by validating the CVV) I was able to make purchases from other merchants.
Ebay still fails to validate the Paypal account. I have tried with various browsers and devices, all to the same effect.
