In accordance with eBay's subject email I have been trying to pay an amount of AU12.36 by PayPal to the supplier however the site won't allow the payment to proceed. I have been in touch with the seller by email but unable to resolve because of language difficulties.

Why can't the payment proceed?

Does the seller post to your address?

Do you use a PO Box and does the seller allow it as an address?

Is postage on the invoice or do you need to ask for it?
