I won an item and paid via paypal the agreed amount plus quoted shipping costs. The seller has since contacted me and told me that ebay quoted the shipping costs wrong and i would have to pay more for shipping. Am i obligated to pay the extra cost or can i terminate the sale and ask for a refund?
