Yesterday I attempted to buy a 2TB flash drive, but both PayPal & my Visa card were rejected, for the alleged reason that the expiry date - <Removed>, looked wrong. It isn't.
Now when I have tried again, I receive a message saying that I have already committed to buy it. There is no debit against my Visa card last digits <Removed>.
Before i try again, please clarify how I should proceed to ensure that I can both buy & pay for one unit.
