Has paypal changed something in receiving emails from them when a buyer pays

Hi.

I received an email from paypal last week.  Something about emails ( I use an outlook ) and it had a list of other emails addresses such a gmail and hotmail that paypal wanted me to click onto the sort of email addess I use.

BUT I deleted it and cant get back. 

I now am NOT receiving the email from paypal to say a buyer has paid.

I only receive an email form ebay saying something has been sold.

I have had a GOOD look at the paypal help section and cant find anything to do with this email. 

Has anyone else received this  ????

I use Outlook for ebay/PayPal and have not had such an email or any issues with getting PayPal emails (there have been a few people post on here they were'nt getting the eBay 'sold' emails thu)

What you describe sounds to *me* like something very scam like/ Phishing though are you sure it was really from Paypal?

It could be a coincidence that you're not getting the payment emails now (and then again, I might get the same email you did in the next day or so)
