Have just bought an item via paypal, item is not showing as paid but money has been taken from visa.

Giday, never had this problem before. We have just purchased  an item via paypal, the money has been taken from our visa card but ebay says item is still waiting payment and paypal doesnt show the payment in the history. Has anyone had this problem? or any advice how to fix this?
