Hi, I paid a seller for a top by Paypal, she hasnt accessed the payment and now tells me to get a refund from Paypal and pay her by direct credit to her bank account, I am not happy yo do this as I prefer to pay by Paypal for buyer protection. I thought all sellers had to have a Paypal account. She tells me she gets dsome Paypal payments but not otherts, I think this is rather odd. Julie, 5805julie
