An item I sold in early December has now been paid after opening an upaid item case. In my paypal acc the order/status says issue/refund. Is this request from the buyer or an option that is always there? Communication with the buyer has been sparse to say the least and I have not received any messages from them at all that they have paid and want to arrange pick up. The item is a dining table & chairs. Just want some advise before I contact buyer. Cheers
