I was looking at buying magnets and seeing which was the cheapest. I put in for a quantity of two and clicked buy to see how much it was, i realized it was cheaper to get the other magnets i was looking at so i went back and bought the other magnets, i went to my purchase history to contact the seller and the magnets i did not want were there and said i had to pay for the item, i contacted the seller and apparently they can't cancel it i have to, how do i do this?
The seller needs to send a mutual cancellation request that you need to agree too.
Once you agree the sale is canceled and the seller gets their FVF refunded.
Tell the seller to look to the right of the item in his sold lost and there is a drop down.
They need to click on resolve a problem and then pick the cancel transaction option and go from there.
