hi there, I have made a purchase and paid for an item. It has been marked as posted by the seller however I have not received the goods yet. I have made contact with the seller, but he/she is not reponding to my message. What do I do? Can a paypal payment be reversed if this is a fraudulant transaction? Please advise. Thank you
