Hi, i sent you an email regarding a purchase i made a few weeks ago. I haven't heard back

I purchased a tv unit a few weeks ago and i had a 5% off code which i wasn't given an option to use. The payment also took money from an old account as i wasn't goven the option to use paypal. I emailed ebay about this as the company i bought it from said they couldn't refund the money. I haven't heard back from you regarding this complaint.  Where do we go from here?
