How can I contact some one about being charged fees for selling 3 items when I have only sold one.

 I have over 400 transactions over the years. with a 100% feedback record.  I sold an item and posted it.  I then found 2 other buyers had put sold on the item.  I contacted them to say it was not available.  I am being charged for selling 3 items. I will not have enough money in my Paypal account to cover the fees that  I am asked to pay. the reason is I am going to close my accounts with eBay and PayPal as I am being ripped off, the last items I sold cost me around 20% in fees,  even paid fees on postage,  I am not happy.

It appears it is your error by putting quantity 3 in your listing when you were only selling 1 lot, not 3 lots.

The only contact available due to covid is chat, help at the top of the page but eBay cannot do anything as you sold 3 items and need to do cancellations for 2 of them.

You sold one on the 13th oct and 3 on the 28th sept.

But if you sold the same item multiple times you must do formal cancellations to get a fee credit.

It is not possible for buyers to buy if it is already sold unless you had quantity of 3 in the listing available.
