I bought a game controller, didn't receive it in time allotted , so wrote to him through ebay messages, he replyed that he would check with where he sent it through. I didn't hear from him so I wrote again & was told they'd made a mistake & sent it elsewhere.
I haven't heard from them since. I've written to him again a few times asking for a refund but to no avail, I can't take it up with paypal or yourselves as its now out side the time limit for claiming. I've given him plenty of time to respond to me, but its taken too long. I've had to buy another one as my grandson needed it to be able to join with his brother playing games on the 360 I bought them the same time I ordered the controller as the xbox only had 1 controller.
