Hello, I won a bid but I've never received the goods. No response from the seller to either myself or Paypal. Of course, the purchase was not successful.
In order to warn other buyes not to deal with that particular member, I tried to leave a feedback when I was on the screen of that particular purchase, but I couldn't.
Can someone please advise how I can leave my feedback, please?
