I am logged into eBay and in My ebay I choose to resolve a problem and it takes me to Paypal log in and then asks for the transaction number, which I enter and I then click "continue".
I am unable to go any further, it justs stops, the page times out, or the paypal page is unavailable.
I have been trying to start this dispute all day and am totally fed up with paypal not working properly.
Is this a known glitch and if so is there a way around it?
Any help or advice will ge greatly appreciated.
