How can a seller be responsible for an item proved to be damaged in transit when the buyer Failed to Insure the item.
Where is this Stated in policy.
Why is it Not Up to the BUYER to Prove it was Damaged in Transit & not after it was received
(this is in consideration of the item being received 7 Days before the Damage was reported)

It is the responsibility of the seller to deliver the item as described
I can Prove it left in Good Condition & once it leaves the seller how do they control this.
