Item listed as pickup only.
Buyer purchased and immediately paid via paypal.
Buyer cannot pick up item as they are in WA and I am in QLD
Ebay help / chat started at "15 mins to respond" and over 15 mins increased the time to respond up to 30 mins. ie 45mins to help.
I am now trying to find answers here
How do you add postage to a completed transaction?
If you are prepared to post, and you dont have to, just refund the initial payment and send a new invoice with the postage added. Email the buyer and let them know why you are refunding thier payment.
When you send the new invoice, just add the postage, preview and send, do not click on recalculate.
