How do I change the price on an item for my customer after they have won the item?

My customer wants to buy 2 of my items and I need to change the price. Can anyone help me do that please?

You cant reduce the price of an item sold on ebay, you can only reduce or remove the postage.
If you are offering a discount for multiple purchase, you can issue a refund through paypal if they pay that way, or if they are paying by bank deposit, just let them know the new total, they wont need an ebay invoice.
