In my listings I offered to combine postage for multiple items purchased. A buyer purchased 2 items & paid immediately with PayPal, resulting in 2 postage amounts being paid.
As the combined postage for both items is almost the same as for one, I would like to refund the difference...even though the buyer did not ask for it. I don't wish to overcharge anyone & want to be scrupulously honest about this.
The refund should be about $10. I'm not concerned about any fees from PayPal - they'll be trivial. What is the best way to refund this amount?
