as in,

things you have sold?

A refund from something you bought?

Is it 'in eBay' or in PayPal?

Yes… it doesn’t look as though you (the OP) have sold anything; all of your feedback has been as a buyer.

But you haven’t stated whether you are talking about a refund for a returned / not as described item (you as the buyer) or payment for a sale (you as the seller). Which is it? Then we can give you some helpful information.
