.... $$ has been taken from our bank a/c and pay pal confirms it as paid. I have sent 4 emails to seller with no reply or response was to take up to 10 dyas on 29/09.
If you are saying the item has not arrived then go to your PP account.
Open the page of your payment and at the bottom is Resolution Center.
Click on that and go from there.
