The obselete credit card remains in the paypal payment set up. I tried to remove it, it says I can't because apparently there is standing instruction using it as a means for payment. I have also set up a new credit card for payment and made it the primary source. But sometimes, the obselete card is chosen (I don't know how it happens) and payment bounces causing embarassing situations. The only thing I can think of is Ebay's account set up but each time I tried to edit it, it directs me to paypal. It's so frustrating running around in circle.
