How do I remove the Afterpay option on my listing?
I have listed my item for a fixed amount however, I can see that below the fixed amount, there is an option to buy using Afterpay. I did not elect this. How do I remove it?
Why would you want to remove it ? With Afterpay you get all the money upfront, it's only the buyer that can spread the payments over 4 installments.
eBay will see you as a "new seller" since you haven't had selling feedback for over a year, that means your funds are going to be on hold for up to 30 days unless you can show by feedback and/or tracking that the item has been delivered.
You are always going to have to pay eBay's fee of around 13.4% anyway.
BSB transfer ? No buyer in their right mind would use that and forgo ALL their buyer protection !!!! You MUST offer at least one safe payment method when you are selling, to say in your listing payment MUST be by bank transfer is a policy violation, and you cannot enforce it.
It is not your choice as to what payment methods the eBay site offers their buyers.
As mentioned by padi, it makes no difference to you, in fact you may get more sales because of it.
I have used it many times and it's a great, easy system.
