How do I turn off auto Paypal when I buy something?

I want to sign in to Paypal each time I make a purchase. EVERY time I sign in I'm asked do I want to make it automatic? Every time I say no but last time the screen moved just as I clicked and autopay has now turned on. How do I turn this off and how do I make it stop asking me EVERY time I log in? What part NO does this system not understand?

Log into PayPal and select the wheel for settings.

Select security and update one touch for auto login.
