How long should I wait for payment after auction has ended? Ad asked for payment within 3 days, I've emailed and no response a week later..

I listed some maternity clothes and there's still one buyer who has not paid yet.  I asked for payment within 3 days of the auction ending.  I have since emailed the buyer and not had any response.  It's been over a week now.  What do I do?
