How to Contact eBay Australia & get a response?

On 01.12/2016 I purchased an item from Hong Kong, via Credit card & PayPal...

To date(06/02/2017) I've received, NOTHING...

I contacted Australia Post(& as everyone should know, they are SLACK as Hell with Delivery!) who want a "Tracking Number"?!

What "Tracking Number"?!

Then, I've been trying to provide Evidence of My purchase, but eBay Australia website prompts are telling Me, I've purchased nothing & there's NO record of my Purchase? PayPal wants me to "Sign in" but that wasn't necessary when I paid for the item

The item is an Antique Brass Cobra head Cane Tip & doesn't come under Australian Customs concern...

AustraliaPost won't proceed until I have a "Tracking Number"....

All i've got in the way of Evidence, are iPhone photos of the purchase/dates/ATM Withdrawal receipt...

I reckon AustraliaPost has stolen it, NOT uncommon, these days...

They want Customers to Rent expensive Private PO Boxes to "ensure" ALL Mail/Parcels are received...
