Hi, I committed to a $4.62 Buy It Now purchase but when I went to pay via Paypal a message said that the seller's a/c could not accept payments & I am to contact seller. I tried this but can get no response. The seller's feedback shows that they do not respond. How do I cancel the purchase so as to avoid a "failure to pay"? Many thanks in advance.
