How to get a refund on an undelivered item over 4 months old?

I purchased an item in March 2020, after a long post time the item was finaly delivered (11 May), however it was completly wrong, wrong shape, colour and size, i contacted seller and they told me they would sent out the correct item on 15 May 2020.

The item still has not been recived 24 Jun 2020 seller said to wait 11-12 more days, its ow 17 July and still no package has arrived, i have tried to make contact but no reply to any request.

How do i goout getting a refund as i cant go back that fat in the resulotun centre.

PayPal give 180 days but don't open it for Not Received.

Open a case for INAD.

I assume the seller was registered in China with awful feedback?

Very much sounds like the same story that such sellers have given a million times over

I hope you paid with PayPal, they give you 6 months


(Although, did you open an item not as described dispute in eBay the first time, or were you asked by the seller to return that item?)

Not sure if it was a 'replacment' for them sending the wrong thing)
